 A proud alumnus of Rutgers University with a degree in History, Matthew Salgado has always been captivated by the stories that shape our world. Beyond the academic halls, he showcased his passion and dedication on the soccer field, representing Rutgers in college soccer and creating memories that would last a lifetime.

Becoming a parent to a wonderful baby boy added a new chapter to his life, infusing his days with joy, wonder, and a renewed sense of purpose. It was this profound journey into parenthood, combined with cherished childhood memories, that inspired him to venture into the realm of storytelling. Drawing from the imaginative games of his youth, where he and his brothers would escape into a fictional world, pretending to be professional athletes striving for glory and championships, Matthew crafts tales that resonate with adventure, dreams, and the magic of imagination.

His debut series, "Secrets of the Fieldhouse," is a testament to this passion, weaving tales that bridge the gap between reality and fantasy, past and present. But there's a deeper, more poignant layer to his narratives.
